Before you purchase a battery replacement, check to make sure your battery charger is working properly. If the charger's light comes on when you plug the charger into a wall socket, the charger is working and most likely not the issue. In that case, you may need to replace your MaxBP pitching machine batteries.
If you have a 4-hour machine (MaxBP Junior, MaxBP Original, or Sandlot Slugger), it requires one battery. If you have an 8-hour machine (some Sandlot Slugger, MaxBP Original, or all MaxBP Pro), it requires 2 batteries.
If you want to replace the batteries yourself, Please note the machine must be disassembled almost completely to reach the battery compartment near the bottom of the pitching machine. If you want us to replace the batteries for you, you are responsible for shipping the machine to our facility in Portland, Oregon. You must also send the battery charger along with your machine.

Please enclose a note with your name and state "battery change" and your order number. Be sure to pack the machine well and make sure the top of the bucket is protected well with packing material between the top of the bucket and the sides of the box. This is the most vulnerable area when shipping. Also, make sure there is packing material underneath the machine for protection. You are responsible for safely packing and returning the machine to our factory.
