Well, I’m a parent and my daughter is having trouble with timing and finding the ball. She got a wonderful swing and powerful but she just can’t connect and when she connect, she rolls her hands never palms up so we’re working on it as we speak and I will give you an update, but so far so good and I think it’s gonna work beautifully and this is her first year playing travel ball and playing all year and we’re just trying to get better but this machine from the looks of it and from the time we had it is doing an awesome job.

Wow! I had some expectations for this and boy does it live up to them! This is so easy to use - I have a 5yo, 8yo, and almost 11yo and all of them got the hang of it fairly quickly and really enjoyed it. Best investment we’ve made for our ongoing ballers!

It's good, but could be better.
To use this at medium speed, a large 3 stall garage is necessary. The main issue I have is that there is a huge gap between low and medium. The low is so slow that the ball doesn't fly very far, but the medium at max distance in a 3-stall garage is a 74 MPH reaction time. So, we will use it for my 11U, but it's not so great for my 8u player.
