1. Quiet Glove Receiving with MaxBP

Power behind the plate starts with calm.

Set the MaxBP to a light or moderate velocity and settle into your stance. Let the ball travel. Catch it out front. Stick it clean. No stabbing. No extra movement. Own the pitch.

This drill teaches you to stay quiet when the ball is loud.

2. One Knee Blocking with MaxBP

Blocking is not pretty. It is violent and controlled. Set the MaxBP closer with a downward angle to create true dirt ball reads. Start on one knee and track the ball early. Beat it to the ground. Chest over the ball. Kill it dead in front of you.
