If you’ve been around MaxBP for a while, you know we’re obsessed with one thing: intentional reps.
For the last 15 years, we’ve built training tools for baseball and softball players who want to get better on purpose. Not just sweat. Real reps that actually move the needle.
Now, we’re bringing that same philosophy to a new sport.
Enter: MaxPB

MaxPB is a pickleball training machine built by the founders of MaxBP, right here in Portland.
Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports in the country for a reason. It’s accessible, social, competitive, and just plain fun. But as the game has exploded, something hasn’t kept up: training technology.
If you want to truly improve your hand eye coordination, reaction time, and consistency, your options are pretty limited. You usually need a partner, perfect timing, or a lot of patience.
MaxPB changes that.
It’s designed to help players train with intent, even when they’re solo. High quality reps. Repeatable feeds. Purposeful work that bridges the gap between casual play and real skill development. Whether you’re on court or training at home, MaxPB lets you show up with a plan and actually execute it.
Why Portland
This part matters to us.
Portland has always been a proving ground for performance innovation. Footwear, training, sport culture, you name it.
MaxPB is designed, built, and manufactured in the USA, right here in Portland. It comes with a lifetime warranty and a real commitment to employing and investing in the local community.
We believe Portland can be the spark that pushes pickleball forward. Not just as a social game, but as a performance driven sport.
