Before you purchase a battery replacement, check to make sure your battery charger is working properly. If the light on the charger comes on when you plug the charger into a wall socket, the charger is working and most likely not the issue. In that case, you may need to replace your MaxBP pitching machine batteries. Purchase this product if you prefer to replace the battery or batteries yourself.
Please note, the machine must be disassembled almost completely to reach the battery compartment near the bottom of the pitching machine. If you have any questions about battery replacement, please contact our support team at support.maxbp.com. You are responsible for the correct disassembly and re-assembly of the machine.
If you want to ship your machine to our factory for us to replace the batteries, please purchase the Battery Replacement - Ship to Factory product.
If you have a 4-hour machine (MaxBP Junior, MaxBP Original, or Sandlot Slugger), it requires one battery, though some were sold with a two-battery option. If you have an 8-hour machine (some MaxBP Original or all MaxBP Pro), it requires 2 batteries. If you are not sure, you can look at the bottom of the bucket and two large zip ties indicate two batteries, one means one. Feel free to send us a picture of the bottom of the bucket or weigh it and we can help. Or watch the video below and start the process of getting inside the machine and you will see either one or two, or none if you have an AC only machine.
