This is an excellent product. It is easy to use for adults and kids. The best part is that its portable. We have used it in pregame BP when all of the cages are full. My older son uses it before games and during the week as a practice aid. My 10 year old sets it up himself in the front yard and swings away. The company also stands by the quality of their products as well.

Bought the Max BP pro, jellybean balls, insider bat, and better bat. Love that I can set it up and just let my 9yr son have fun with it. Rapid fire using jellybeans is my favorite, has really helped him on the infield.

This machine is great for kids 10 and older. I have a jugs, iron mike, and a couple other machines and this is by far the best. You can get set and then walk away and let kids hit as you run other stations for practice. My 11 year old can take out in yard and setup all by himself and hit for hours. Have also used with 18 year olds and they benefit just as much.

I’m not sure who loves MaxBP more, me or my son. It’s the perfect training aid for our backyard. Plus, it’s very portable and takes very little time to setup and take down. My son (age 9) has generally been a better fielder than hitter over the years because he can practice fielding on his own by playing wall ball for hours on end. Now, thanks to the MaxBP, my son can practice hitting all on his own as well. We’ve only had the MaxBP for about a week, but I can already see his swing getting better and his confidence growing. The red indicator light on the MaxBP has helped my son to “load” early, which had always been a problem for him in the past, especially when facing pitchers with high velocity.

Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, the MaxBP is really fun to use. My son gets a kick out of seeing me hit off the MaxBP (and I love showing him that his old man can hit, even when he turns up the “velo” on me, which he thinks is hilarious). It helps for him to see me hit and do the things I instruct him to do when he’s hitting, which was never really possible before we had the MaxBP because we didn’t have anyone else to pitch to me.

My son is one of the players affected by the Covid pandemic. The travel ball season was essentially cancelled prior to his first year of high school baseball. This was a critical time to stay in shape, work on skills, and keep focus. We did as much as we could at the few fields that were open and indoor batting facilities that allowed for practice. Fortunately he made the team once the high school season began. During the season, it was clear he was rusty as were many of the players. We got the MaxBP to use at home on weekends and on days where there were no high school activity. Now with the season ended and the return to travel ball, he has more practice time and BP time. The MaxBP is now part of our routine for home work outs. We back the cars out of the garage and he sets up the machine for multiple swings. This has definitely allowed him to work on his swing more than just off the tee. He can select pitches and speeds that he wants to see to give himself the workouts he has been missing. We recommend this to anyone looking for more ways to progress in baseball and hitting.

We purchased our MaxBP this last off season and it has been an amazing tool for our hitters. The different colored wiggle balls allow for great pitch recognition and also help with loads as well. We also use our machine for our catchers and it has helped them greatly!!!!

Best tool I’ve bought for team practice and at home! At first I contemplated buying this machine for years because all I saw was the batting practice aspect of the machine and we toss small wiffle balls already with out the machine. But once I really dug in and started doing more research I realized that this was a machine for everything! Our catchers benefit from it wile using the web glove to work on tracking. With the pop fly attachment, outfielders get great work as well tracking that tiny ball in the air and of coarse the batting practice aspect of it. And it does make a huge difference using the machine at different speeds then us just throwing the mini wiffle balls. I would buy one of these for everyone of our youth teams!

We’ve used it and had success in three areas-hitting, OF reps, and vision training. Using The colored balls for vision training has been AWESOME! We use four different colored balls. We hit two colors, let one color go, and bunt the fourth color. There are SO many different drills to do that make training fun and challenging. SUPER satisfied with our purchase!

MaxBP is a great hitting tool that has been great for my 13yr old son. We noticed more balls getting put in play during games after just a few weeks of use. At this point he has been using it for about 3 months and he is hitting the ball hard in games and rarely swings and misses. We did not get the portable battery pack so we use it plugged in. Once it is set up and leveled the balls come out consistently in the same location to the hitter. He started on the medium setting at 35ft/60ft and soon moved to the high setting. We also got the skinny bat with heavy bat option so it not only is helping pick up the ball but he is swinging what feels like weight of his bbcor. If your looking for a great tool to help with hitting this is it!

I have tried several batting aids for my 2 sons, and I must say that the MaxBP Pro has made all the difference in their performance at the plate. I was initially reluctant due the the price, but after watching their play this year, the MaxBP was well worth the cost. Both boys have increased their batting averages compared to last year. They are much more confident at the plate. There improved batting averages have come from the reaction training they received using the MaxBP.

The Max BP reaction trainer is the most versatile tool we have in our training arsenal. Definite improvement in reaction time and hand-eye coordination. Not only for hitting but also for catching drills. Bare hand pop fly drills as well as behind the plate. My son Dax loves being behind the plate and he will spend hours practicing with this.... Long after my arm is completely drained. The Max BP is a fun, engaging, quality tool that the boys are excited to use. You won't be disappointed.

We received our MaxBP this summer and couldn't be happier. An awesome way for us to practice hand eye contact coordination in the backyard without having to chase balls or reset after every 10 throws. In the winter we will set up in our basement and get meaningful practice through the cold months. The investment is worth the results, highly recommend MaxBP to our friends and teammates.
